Scale Warehouse and More is looking for a dependable, motivated Operations Support Coordinator to help keep our day-to-day business running smoothly.

We are a growing company that supplies industrial scales and weighing equipment to businesses throughout the United States. Because we are a small team, this is not a job where you'll perform the same task every day. You'll gain exposure to many different areas of our business, work alongside experienced team members, and play an important role in helping us deliver outstanding service to our customers.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will expand as you learn the business, but initially you will help with:

• Supporting daily operational and administrative activities
• Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Following up on orders, shipments, backorders, customer requests, and open questions
• Entering and maintaining accurate information in our business systems
• Keeping customer records, notes, and order information up to date
• Preparing quotes, purchase orders, reports, emails, and other business documents
• Working with spreadsheets, CRM software, vendor portals, ecommerce platforms, and business software
• Identifying missing information or potential issues before they become larger problems
• Assisting with purchasing, logistics, customer service, and sales support
• Helping improve and document internal processes
• Using AI tools responsibly to research information, draft communications, organize work, and improve efficiency
• Supporting other areas of the business as priorities change

Experience & Qualifications

We're more interested in potential than perfection.

Experience in any of the following areas is helpful, but not required :

• Customer service
• Administrative support
• Office administration
• Purchasing
• Logistics
• Sales support
• Ecommerce
• Inventory or warehouse operations

Additional qualifications include:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
• Comfortable using email, web-based software, and business applications
• Ability to enter and maintain accurate information
• Experience using CRM, inventory, order-management, or accounting software is a plus
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is helpful, but willingness to learn is even more important
• Industrial scale or weighing-equipment experience is not required
