Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification in Special Education (state eligibility required)
• Experience or coursework related to teaching high school learners with mild to moderate disabilities
• Strong collaborative skills for team teaching and co-taught classroom settings
• Case management experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Case manage a caseload of 10-15 students in grades 9-12 with mild to moderate disabilities
• Deliver targeted reading and math interventions as a learning specialist
• Provide co-teaching support within grade-level ELA and Math classrooms
• Develop and implement IEPs and monitor student progress
• Communicate regularly with families, staff, and external providers
