This role transcends the traditional desk environment; it serves as a launchpad for your career. We are constructing a platform that amplifies your abilities, equipping talented recruiters with advanced technology, marketing tools, and operational support indispensable for scaling achievements and enhancing your professional brand. You will oversee the complete cycle of placements while fostering robust partnerships with clients. With some of the highest commission structures in the field, you will be compensated in direct relation to the value you generate. What You'll Do
- Conduct Full-Cycle Searches , managing the process from intake to closure.
- Serve as a Client Partner, comprehending their recruitment needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Implement Strategic Sourcing utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own network and resources, including our advanced communication platform.
- Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that offer lasting value to clients and significant commissions for yourself.
- Contribute as a Thought Leader to enrich our brand-and yours.
- Access to Our Comprehensive Technology Platform: Experience an integrated CRM, ATS, and marketing communication system in one seamless interface-bye-bye to constant tool-switching and post-it note chaos!
- Dedicated Marketing Support: Want to amplify your personal brand? We will assist you in crafting recruiter landing pages, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
- Back-End Recruiting Operations Assistance: We provide support for contracts, credentialing, compliance, and even copywriting-count on us.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales
