OCO Networking and Internet Product Manager - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

USCC, Cyber Command, Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position. Must be a US Citizen Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph Requires current CI poly within last seven (07) years. Twelve (12) years of Experience with a Bachelors Degree or Sixteen (16) years with HS Diploma; significant portion of experience in cloud networking and Internet connectivity. Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors is highly desirable. Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services. Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Familiarity with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence. Experience in development of products and/or management in development environment; build and implement product strategies aligned w/ OCO PMO’s vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize cloud networking features and connectivity solutions. Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting. Good with documentation. Hands-on personality, take ownership, actively engage with the team, constant engagement with key stakeholders. Understand team needs, get them what their needs are. Senior Product Managers guide and mentor less experienced product managers, collaborating to deliver products on time and within budget. They work with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams, to gather feedback and shape product requirements. SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification(s) is desirable. AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar networking certifications are highly desirable. AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
