Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands‑on CMO to own growth, positioning, and demand generation for a live EHS consulting marketplace. This is a builder role—not a brand‑only seat. You’ll turn existing traction (community + platform) into scalable, repeatable growth.
What You’ll Own
- Go‑to‑market strategy for a two‑sided marketplace (businesses + consultants)
- Demand generation, funnels, and conversion (not vanity metrics)
- Brand positioning that emphasizes trust, credibility, and authenticity
- Content, community, and lifecycle marketing tied directly to revenue
- Messaging for sales enablement and partnerships
- KPI definition, attribution, and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience scaling SaaS, marketplaces, or services
- Strong operator mindset—comfortable executing, testing, and iterating
- Ability to work closely with CRO (sales‑led growth model)
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex value propositions
- Comfortable in early‑stage ambiguity and ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to regulated or technical industries
- Community‑led or trust‑based growth experience
- Marketplace or services background

You won’t be “supporting” growth—you’ll be building it. The platform is live, sales motion is active, and this role directly shapes how the company scales.
