As a fast-growing, multi-trade home service company, we provide our customers and teammates with nothing but the best.What We Offer:Great company culture that focuses on growth, teamwork, and respect, and we like to have fun too!Employee benefits start on the 1st of the month following hire date.Medical (3 affordable medical plans to choose from), Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Benefits: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Optional Benefits: Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical Insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield401k with Company Match!Tuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off and 9 Paid HolidaysOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 to $120,000 per year.What You'll Do:Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (including multi-zone equipment).Educate customers on their systems, set clear expectations, and provide top-tier service.Take ownership of individual revenue goals by identifying sales opportunities, providing accurate quotes for enhancements, and meeting performance benchmarks that drive company growth.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining the long-term value of high-efficiency equipment versus ongoing repairs to help them make informed investment decisions.Provide startups for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.Coordinate with other service trades, contractors, clientele, and vendors as needed.Maintain a clean, stocked company truck and stay in sync with our parts teams.Participate in morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats.What You Bring:3+ years of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification.Your own basic tools, gauges, and meters.A valid driver's license, a clean background/drug screen, and the desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:Ability to frequently climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and stand or kneel for long periods.Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments and outdoors in all weather conditions.Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs independently and heavier equipment with assistance.We have a "work hard, play hard" culture built on respect and teamwork.
