Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment Primary Care Internal Medicine is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to join their team. This position includes greeting patients, check-in / check-out as well as call center coverage. The Internal Medicine team is fast paced and serves an adult patient population. If you have a background in medical office experience, this a great opportunity to join our team! Summary: This position consists of 24 hours per week, day shifts. The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
