Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, initiate necessary diagnostic testing, and develop tailored care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions alongside physicians or autonomously (as per credentialing)
• Guide patients and their families on prevention and wellness strategies
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies within your practice scope
• Engage in follow-up care and chronic disease management for your patients
• Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation via electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certain Credentials Required

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• Nationally recognized certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or obtainable within 90 days of hire)
