Step into a rewarding contract role supporting elementary students in an ABA/Autism-focused classroom for the upcoming academic year. This full-time position spans from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027. As a Special Education Teacher, you’ll work in a dynamic setting near Springfield, MA, within a program designed to nurture and empower young learners through research-based methods.

Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Special Education Teaching Certification required
- Experience or strong interest in ABA-based instructional strategies
- Previous work with students on the autism spectrum highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management abilities
- Dedicated to fostering inclusive, supportive learning communities
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction and behavioral support for students in an ABA/Autism-based program
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with the school team and families
- Collect and track progress data for continuous student growth
- Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals, specialists, and parents
- Ensure a positive, structured classroom environment that supports all learners
