Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Greensboro, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors through strong customer service and communication while bringing our agile, reliable, and innovative values to every shift with teamwork and integrity. Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observations to property management and/or emergency personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assist with access control practices, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy‑related concerns. Support a professional environment by providing directions, answering questions, and addressing routine issues for tenants, guests, and vendors in a courteous manner. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
