Summary Outlet Team Associates provide an excellent customer experience on the sales floor of an outlet store. They assist customers with purchases, maintain merchandise presentation, and support daily store operations. This full-time role emphasizes service, sales, and efficient execution of operational tasks to contribute to store success. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, answer product questions, and drive sales through personalized service. Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Receive, unpack, and merchandise inventory; assist with stockroom organization and replenishment. Support promotional activities, markdowns, and outlet-specific initiatives as directed. Requirements 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced store environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform repetitive tasks. Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience; attention to detail and reliable attendance.
