To support the execution of a dynamic social media program, the contract-based Social Media Specialist will create and schedule content across multiple platforms, maintain a social media calendar, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand presence remotely. Key responsibilities Create and schedule social media content for LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, and Instagram Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging Utilize AI tools to scale content production and monitor engagement across social media channels Required qualifications 2-5 years of professional social media management experience Experience managing social media accounts for B2B organizations Proficiency in using social media management platforms like Sprout Social Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content generation and adaptation Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to evaluate AI-generated content
