Associate Repair Supervisor – Chicagoland (Lombard) Area As the Associate Repair Supervisor, you will successfully drive the repair business operations for your territory while collaborating with customers and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by achieving safety and quality goals, delivering customer satisfaction, and driving profitable business results. Responsibilities Lead and manage repair operations within the assigned territory. Collaborate with customers and peer teams to ensure timely, high-quality service. Implement and monitor safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Manage schedules and track overall team performance. Foster team development and provide learning opportunities. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to meet business goals. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience. Supervisory experience, ideally with a union‑represented workforce. Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A strong appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies. Compensation Annual base pay range: $93,400 - $122,640. Variable compensation includes a 10% annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
