Retail Assistant Manager - Part-Time

Position Overview This challenging and rewarding role provides the opportunity to assist in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis, leading the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, is involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. What You'll Do Assist in supervising the store team, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience; generate sales and work toward performance metrics; train, coach, and develop team members; maintain store appearance and inventory; fulfill key holder responsibilities including opening and closing procedures and cash handling; contribute to the overall profitability and success of the store.
