About the Position

Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Chillicothe, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, weekdays with every other weekend and holiday rotation

Highlights:

• Level 2 Labor and Delivery unit caring for patients 32 weeks gestation and above
• Comprehensive care responsibilities including patient triage, cesarean section circulation, and labor/delivery management
• Collaborative practice environment working alongside physicians and midwives
• EPIC electronic medical records system utilized
• Travel assignment opportunity for qualified candidates residing outside a 60-mile radius

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• 5+ years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius from the facility
• Ability to triage patients, circulate for cesarean sections, manage labor and delivery collaboratively, and complete patient recovery following vaginal and cesarean deliveries
