Position: Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Report Writer to join our project.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating complex reports within Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly focusing on data validation.

You will collaborate with our internal team, who are gradually gaining proficiency with simpler reports, to tackle more advanced and nuanced report-writing tasks.

We need someone who can quickly adapt to our environment and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write complex Oracle HCM Cloud reports, with a focus on data validation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver high-quality reports.
• Assist the internal team in improving their Oracle HCM Cloud report writing skills by sharing best practices and guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud report writing, especially with complex reports.
• Great understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data structures and reporting tools.
• Understanding of budgeting, payroll, and finance.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal team members.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address reporting issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data validation and ensuring data accuracy in reporting.
• Familiarity with best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud report development.
• Experience training or mentoring others in report writing is a plus.
