Beauty Advisor - Hourglass

Summary The Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers exceptional customer experiences while representing the Hourglass cosmetics line. This role builds client relationships through personalized consultations, product expertise, and follow-up. Responsibilities Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals. Provide customer service, makeup and treatment consultations, and product application. Build client relationships and maintain customer preferences using clienteling tools. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised counter. Coordinate with team members and serve as a liaison to the brand's Account Executive. Requirements At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics. Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quotas. Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills. Ability to use clienteling tools and software, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively. Attention to detail, initiative, sound judgment, and organizational ability. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
