Customer Service - Logistics

Telluride, CO region (Telluride, Montrose, Norwood, or Ridgway) full time Monday through Friday- 30 to 40 hours per week to start. Flexible daily hours available. The Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily order fulfillment operations, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). This position ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and efficient execution of the order fulfillment process. Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently, from order entry through shipment and invoicing. Prepare order confirmations, shipping quotes, invoices, and related documentation. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Monitor order status, shipping schedules, and deliveries, resolving discrepancies as needed. Customer Service & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, product availability, shipping, and delivery. Maintain professional, responsive communication with customers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal team members. Troubleshoot order fulfillment and shipping issues, escalating matters when appropriate. Support positive customer relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-through. Data Management & Administrative Support Maintain accurate customer records, order details, pricing information, and transaction documentation. Update and manage information in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and applicable CRM systems. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across operational systems. Maintain organized records and documentation to support efficient daily operations. Operational Efficiency & Team Support Identify opportunities to improve order processing, communication, and administrative workflows. Support coordination between Sales, Operations, and external logistics partners. Assist with special projects and additional operational responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Skills 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or business operations preferred. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and CRM/database systems. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands, solve problems, and consistently meet deadlines. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and processes.
