Position: AI Safety Experts — English & Gujarati
Type: Contract
Compensation: $16–$22/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Red team conversational AI models and agents by identifying jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and bias exploitation.
• Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
• Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to maintain consistent testing.
• Document reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act on.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native fluency in English and Gujarati .
• Strong judgment about language and content accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
• Rigorous attention to detail, noticing subtle errors and inconsistencies.
• Ability to work to guidelines and quality standards consistently.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability across projects, task types, and customers.

Preferred

• Experience with Adversarial ML : jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, model extraction.
• Background in Cybersecurity : penetration testing, exploit development, reverse engineering.
• Understanding of socio-technical risk: harassment/disinfo probing, abuse analysis, conversational AI testing.
• Skills in creative probing: psychology, acting, writing for unconventional adversarial thinking.
