We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our growing team. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring precision, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in process inspections of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Perform laser scanning of castings using Roamer Arm technology.
- Support manufacturing by providing feedback on quality issues and collaborating on adjustments .
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation.
- Calibration of measurement tools and equipment to maintain accuracy.
- Operate horizontal and/or vertical CNC machines.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges and clean parts.
- Communicate with quality, engineering, supervisory or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years experience in CNC machining of castings or quality control in a machine shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret measurement data accurately.
- Familiarity with gauge calibration processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
