WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and sell lawn care and pest control services.
• Prospect for new customers and follow up on leads.
• Provide accurate property measurements, estimates, and bids.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive customer retention.
• Maintain customer and sales information in our CRM.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
