Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7A-7:30P Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ years of hospital experience License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Must have ACLS - Must have BLS - 2+ years of hospital experience - Cardiovascular experience required Description: Unit Highlights: Please read carefully. General information about the shift details is provided. Guaranteed hours are 36 per week. Special skills and experience are required. Documentation system used is Meditech. Floating policy is as needed. Candidates without the requested skill set will not be considered for the role. Experience with Meditech is preferred. Procedures performed on the unit include cardiac caths and post-op CABGs. Dress code includes royal blue scrubs with designated embroidery. Nail policy requires clean and healthy appearance with no artificial nails. Hair should be neat and pulled back if shoulder length or longer. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Floating guidelines include the ability to float to sister step-down units and med-surg units. Attendance policies will be followed as set by the organization.
