This role operates as a trusted advisor, proactively anticipating challenges and mobilizing rapid, coordinated responses in highly dynamic environments while leading long-term, outcome-driven partnerships. Through close collaboration with executive stakeholders across customers, partners, and Dell Technologies, the Customer Engagement Executive ensures the customer's voice shapes strategy, execution, and innovation. Responsibilities You will: Drive strategic outcomes for CSPs and hyperscalers (e.g., CoreWeave, LightningAI, SpaceX.AI, Nscale). Influence internal roadmap based on hyperscaler needs. Coordinate across product, operations, logistics, finance, and engineering for custom solutions. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 10+ years in hyperscaler or cloud infrastructure strategy. Proven success in $100M+ deal cycles. PMP certification. Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and cloud economics. Desirable Requirements Executive-level influence and strategic planning. Expertise in GPU scaling, workload orchestration, and data center strategy. Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
