Our Customer Service Representatives are the frontline representatives of our customer-focused company. They support our clients by greeting them and helping them navigate through the process of having their vehicle repaired. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team to assist customers each day and to create the ultimate experience for them by delivering service in a professional, empathetic, and caring manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner while selling our best-in-class services;
• Answering telephones and directing the caller to the appropriate party;
• Providing information, scheduling drop-off and pick up appointments, documenting customer communication and keeping our service files up to date;
• Assisting with other related duties such as keeping front office tidy, photocopying, filing and collating.
  

Position requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• Sales, Customer service or related experience;
• Strong computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
• Ability to multi-task; flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment;
  
• Superior verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers through phone and email;
• Must have reliable transportation.

Full time 7:45 - 5pm M-F. 

Competitive salary based upon experience.
