Regional Reimbursement Director, Oncology, West & South Central

Ipsen seeks a Regional Reimbursement Director for Oncology covering the West and South Central U.S. territories. The role involves field-based management of reimbursement strategies, payer relationships, and healthcare provider access for the company's oncology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and MACs to expand patient access to oncology therapies
- Develop reimbursement strategies, tools, and educational materials for healthcare providers
- Provide field-based reimbursement expertise to sales and account management teams
- Support product launches by evaluating regional reimbursement readiness and access barriers
- Monitor oncology market access trends and competitive reimbursement landscape developments
Requirements
- Expertise in payer policies, coding, coverage, and payment mechanisms
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with Medicare Administrative Contractors
- Field-based reimbursement support experience in oncology or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of healthcare provider reimbursement processes and patient access programs
- Residency near a major airport within the West & South Central region
