Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans that align with each patient’s specific orthopedic needs. Employ advanced manual therapy techniques, movement-based treatments, and functional strength training to facilitate patient recovery. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes. Educate patients about injury prevention strategies and recovery techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights from your clinical expertise to enhance patient care quality. Document patient interactions clearly using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating interdisciplinary communication. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele dealing with orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our focus on individualized care ensures each patient receives tailored attention to meet their unique recovery goals. You will have the chance to work closely with varying demographics, from young athletes to older adults, promoting health and wellness across the community. Qualifications Active New York State Physical Therapist license. Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. Preferred Experience At least two years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and an array of therapeutic modalities is highly desirable. Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The compensation package for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits suite.
