Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Interest in a balanced practice of obstetrics and gynecology, including surgical procedures
• Strong clinical and communication abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting Salary: $325,000 - $350,000 (This range reflects total compensation, excluding bonuses and incentives)
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift compensation, and other applicable cash benefits. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Signing Bonus: $25,000
• Incentives: Opportunities for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, and extra shift compensation
• Benefits Package: Includes health, vision, and dental insurance; paid malpractice with post-employment tail coverage
