Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Help patients with mobility, positioning, transfers, and ambulation.

• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.

• Assist patients with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.

• Maintain patient comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy at all times.

• Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition.

• Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked.

• Document care provided according to facility policies.

• Support nurses with routine patient care and clinical tasks within scope of practice.

Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and healthcare regulations.

**Minimum Qualifications **

• Current, valid, and unrestrictedSouth Carolona license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of _1 yearof recent experience as aCertified Nursing Assistant.

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test...)
