You'll represent operations as a partner for supply chain planning, and support the assurance of preparedness for daily activities within operations. Your Responsibilities: Represent operations through planning, coordinating, preparing tech and production activities Coordinate with maintenance preventative and corrective work orders Support process teams through floor scheduling and documentation review Uphold strong safety and quality culture Support manufacturing through operational mentorship and technical coaching What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): Education: High school Diploma or greater Experience: 3 years experience within manufacturing What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): Proven technical writing capability 3+ years experience within GMP, animal health pharmaceutical manufacturing SAP experience Cross-functional team work Strong coaching/mentorship skills Understanding of full life cycle biologic manufacturing operations Additional Information: Travel: occasional Location: Elwood, KS The Elwood manufacturing facility is a 24/7/365 operation.
