Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project/Change/Program Manager to join their team. As a Project/Change/Program Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project/Change/Program Manager Location: Charlotte, NC What’s the Job? Establish and manage projects to deliver desired business outcomes using various methodologies including Agile and traditional project management approaches. Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery, managing project scope, schedule, and resources. Partner with business stakeholders to develop transition plans and ongoing success measures for implemented solutions. Monitor project financials, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Communicate project status, elevate issues to senior leadership, and facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. What’s Needed? 7+ years of end‑to‑end project management experience, preferably in the financial industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and drive results. Proven change management experience and skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Agile tools such as Jira and Bitbucket. What’s in it for me?
