Charge Nurse (RN or LPN)

Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) Positions available: PRN, Part-time, and Full-time on the 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.). Responsibilities Perform duties within the scope of practice as defined by the North Carolina Nursing Practice Act. Conduct patient assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting on patient plans of care within skilled nursing or short‑term stay households. Promote and model person‑directed care within the mission and values of the organization. Support a supportive, compassionate community of older adults who strive for extraordinary living. Pay Rate LPNs: $26 – $30 per hour RNs: $30 – $35 per hour Shift Differentials

• 2.00 for Weekday 2nd and 3rd shifts
• 3.50 for Weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts
