The Concierge will focus on providing Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. They will partner with sales reps and other departments to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.Responsibilities:Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.Create homeowner's job file.Schedule homeowners' technical measure, install date, and reminders.Work with Retail Service Reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process.Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-progress.Conduct post-install phone call and survey.Resolve any post-install situations.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications:1+ year of customer service experienceData entry skillsStrong communication skills and time management skills.Strong competence in Microsoft Office softwareHigh attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasksOrganizedPay Range: $27.45 - $39.75At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
