Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission A growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to oversee an established book of business while delivering exceptional client service and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for a relationship-focused financial professional with experience managing both investment and annuity clients. Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing book of client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication. Provide guidance on managed investment accounts, retirement planning, annuity solutions, and insurance products. Identify opportunities to consolidate outside assets and expand client relationships. Generate referrals through networking, client engagement, and relationship development. Conduct regular client reviews and maintain accurate CRM documentation. Partner with internal advisors and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Ensure all activities remain compliant with applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Insurance. Active Series 6, 63, 65 and/or 7 licenses, plus Life & Health Insurance License. Strong knowledge of managed accounts, portfolio management, and annuity products. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred. Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
