Senior Marketing Account Manager Tula AI Labs | Hybrid, Tampa, FL (must live in the Tampa area) | Full-Time About Tula AI Labs Tula AI Labs is a growing AI agency based in Tampa. We build AI agents into companies, design CRMs and automations, and run marketing for growing businesses with AI. Our clients range from manufacturers to hospitality brands, and our work shows up in their leads, their bookings, and their revenue. Technology should make people more human at work, not less. We are small, fast, and building. The person in this seat will help shape how Tula runs marketing for years to come. You will own our client accounts and lead marketing for our clients and for Tula itself. You'll run client check-ins, set marketing strategy, raise the quality of everything we publish, and keep accounts renewing and growing. You will lead client accounts from day one. Client Relationship Leadership: Be the main point of contact for your accounts. Run weekly check-in calls on your own and deliver data-driven updates, performance reviews, and executive presentations. • Partner with our developers, Marketing Coordinator, and content contractors so every deliverable meets client goals and KPIs. Revenue Growth and Upselling: Use campaign results to spot expansion opportunities, cross-sell Tula services, and own renewals and retention on your accounts. • Budget and Project Oversight: Monitor campaign budgets, track project timelines, keep CRM records clean, and hold the team to deadlines. • Marketing Strategy and Quality: Own strategy, content plans, and monthly performance reports for each account. Hold a high bar for brand and visual quality across social, ads, and landing pages. • Paid Ads and Landing Pages: Plan and manage campaigns, including Google and ChatGPT ads, and the landing pages behind them. • Results and ROI: Use analytics and performance data to connect marketing activity to leads, booked calls, and revenue, then optimize spend and channels based on what works. • Direct and approve the work of our Marketing Coordinator, on-site content contractors, freelancers, and vendors. • Build repeatable marketing systems, reporting, content calendars, and playbooks we can use across every client as Tula grows. • Content Shoots: Be on site for client content shoots as needed. • Tula's Own Marketing (after ramp-up) • Manage Tula's content calendar, email newsletter, and social presence • Track pipeline results: cost per lead, audits booked, and calls booked Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, or Business • Located in the Tampa, FL area, available for hybrid work • Must be available for on-site content shoots • 4+ years in social media marketing, managing retainer clients at an agency • A portfolio of social accounts, brand visuals, and campaigns you have run • You use AI tools every day in your work (for example ChatGPT, Claude, or AI design and video tools) and can show how they make your work better and faster • A track record of running client meetings on your own and keeping accounts renewing • Strong strategy across social, Meta and Google ads, landing pages, and email/SMS • Strong analytical skills and the ability to tie marketing results to revenue • Experience directing a team and managing vendors or freelancers • Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building systems in a growing company GoHighLevel or another CRM platform • B2B, manufacturing, or hospitality marketing experience 70,000 base salary, with uncapped performance commission.
