Partner Growth Manager

To help scale and accelerate the partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Partner Growth Manager will manage partner engagement, develop structured enablement programs, and drive business growth through collaboration with various partner types. Key Responsibilities Own the growth and success of assigned partners, developing structured plans for engagement and business growth Build and manage repeatable partner onboarding and enablement processes, ensuring effective resource delivery Create structured operating rhythms with partners, maintaining accurate reporting and visibility into partner health and progress Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or partner operations roles Experience working with external partners such as resellers, agencies, and technology partners Strong understanding of partner-led growth models and experience building engagement processes Highly organized with strong project management skills and experience using CRM systems Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
