What You Will Be Doing: Responsibilities Deliver a World-Class Guest Experience: Welcome guests, guide them through experiences, and ensure each moment is exceptional from gearing up to gearing down. Guests should leave excited to share their personalized videos and photos and eager to explore new experiences. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Use computer and tablet technologies, help guests fit their gear properly, and address light technical mishaps to maintain immersion. Keep it Shiny: Maintain order and cleanliness of stores, experience rooms, and equipment to uphold a premium, professional experience.
