Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help strengthen our brand across all locations and product lines. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You’ll collaborate across departments, lead marketing initiatives, manage a small team, and work with outside vendors to deliver high‑quality marketing campaigns and materials. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that supports the company’s brands and business objectives. Research market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and recommend marketing strategies. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements. Manage the company’s website, photography, and social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn. Develop advertisements, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral. Ensure consistent branding across all departments, locations, and customer‑facing materials. Coordinate company conferences, trade shows, promotional events, and marketing initiatives. Lead, coach, and support marketing team members by providing direction, accountability, and performance feedback. Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, printers, web partners, and other service providers to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables. Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements when appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Two or more years of marketing experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to think creatively while solving complex business challenges. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals across multiple departments. Strong customer service mindset with a professional and mature approach. Compensation & Benefits: This position typically works Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Additional evening, weekend, and travel commitments may be required to support business needs.
