Type: Full- Time / Direct Hire
Location: Wahpeton, ND
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Benefits: In the first year, you will receive 8 days of paid time off (PTO), which increases to 16 days of PTO in your second year. You'll also enjoy 6 paid holidays throughout the year. The clinic offers a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match to help you save for the future. Additionally, a scrub allowance and a training allowance covers costs for certifications such as OSHA and license renewals.

For those relocating, the clinic offers moving expense coverage to assist with your transition. Plus, if you're a Registered Dental Assistant with 2 or more years of experience, you'll be eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus.

Position Overview :

• Patient Care: Assist patients by preparing them for procedures, making them comfortable, and providing support during treatments.
• Assisting During Procedures: Work directly with the dentist, handing them tools, managing suction, and preparing materials needed during treatments like fillings, extractions, or cleanings.
• Sterilization: Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean, organized environment to prevent infections.
• X-rays: Take dental radiographs (X-rays) to help diagnose and monitor dental health.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, maintaining patient records, and handling billing.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification/ Registered Dental Assistant (preferred)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
