Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets.Fixed Income: ABS Structuring - Vice President / Executive DirectorThe Fixed Income Division Securitized Products Group is seeking a VP/ED Structurer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in ABS Structuring. Relevant asset class experience may include consumer assets or commercial assets. The role will include working directly with clients and the collateral, lending, trading, capital markets and syndication teams to help pitch, structure, and execute transactions.Key Responsibilities:Create financial models to project cash flows and run analysis in Intex, Bloomberg, Excel, and other software applicationsWork with internal and external counterparts including clients, rating agencies, accounting firms, legal counsel, and others to execute on all aspects of securitization transactionsQualifications:5+ years of experience in ABS Structuring including experience with Intex DealMaker and BloombergStrong oral / written communication skills and presentation skillsAbility to operate collaboratively within a team and train junior team membersCreative and strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mind-setAn Undergraduate or Master’s degreeWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
