Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient MAT Clinic (Part-Time)

Crossroads Treatment Centers

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a Nurse Practitioner for our Uniontown/Charleroi outpatient clinics. Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, and prescribe medications as indicated by patient assessment. You'll complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards, collaborate with staff to provide holistic care, including referrals, and may perform injections.
