Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator with relevant experience to support front-of-house operations and day-to-day office services in Washington, District of Columbia. This Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys creating a detail-oriented workplace experience, managing varied administrative needs, and responding calmly to changing priorities. The person in this role will serve as a dependable point of contact for visitors, phone inquiries, and office support requests while maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.Responsibilities:• Welcome guests and staff in a courteous and organized manner, helping ensure a positive and organized front-desk experience throughout the day.• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages with accuracy and discretion.• Prepare printed and bound materials as needed, making sure documents are assembled correctly and delivered on time.• Provide general administrative assistance, including routine office coordination and support for day-to-day operational tasks.• Arrange and track courier and delivery requests, coordinating shipments and pickups with attention to timing and accuracy.• Respond to unscheduled support needs as they arise, adjusting to changing requests and priorities with a flexible approach.• Support workplace requests connected to established internal service channels and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.• Maintain a business-ready presence and contribute to a well-run office environment that reflects a high level of service.• Accommodate occasional schedule changes when business needs require coverage outside the usual hours, sometimes with limited advance notice.
