Community Engagement & Care Coordinator

Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) seeks an Engagement Specialist to contact clients who miss appointments, confirm ongoing service interest, and address barriers to attendance. The role supports re-engagement in treatment and initiates discharge/transfer planning when needed.
