Job Summary This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional seeking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage. The Associate will work closely with brokers to support site selection initiatives and transaction-related activities, gaining meaningful exposure to market analysis, client strategy, and the leasing process. This role is designed to provide hands‑on training and practical experience, with a clear pathway for growth and the potential to transition into a Broker position over time. Key Responsibilities Conduct site selection research across retail markets nationwide. Analyze market data to support strategic real estate recommendations. Utilize mapping software and commercial real estate platforms. Create and maintain spreadsheets and data tables using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Organize and manage transaction‑related paperwork, documents, and digital files. Provide administrative, research, and operational support to brokers and team members as needed. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe products. Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google My Maps. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative. Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Self‑confident, self‑directed, and collaborative work style. Real estate license preferred but not required.
