This role involves a variety of janitorial, minor maintenance, and groundskeeping duties, contributing to the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities.Key Responsibilities:Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing as neededEmpty and clean trash receptacles; collect and sort recyclablesClean, sanitize, and restock supplies in restroomsService and maintain custodial equipmentPerform minor repairs to buildings, furniture, and equipmentIdentify and report safety, sanitary, and fire hazardsLock/unlock doors, windows, and gates as neededKeep grounds areas clean and orderlyQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious custodial or groundskeeping experience preferredAbility to follow verbal and written instructions effectivelyMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 poundsPhysically able to bend, squat, kneel, twist, and climb laddersFamiliar with custodial tools, techniques, materials, and equipment careComfortable working from heights or elevated surfaces when needed.
