Senior Product ManagerKodiak Robotics, Inc. was founded in 2018 and has become a leader in autonomous ground transportation committed to a safer and more efficient future for all. The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions across different customer applications. In this role you will be the directly responsible individual for the full product lifecycle for your area of responsibility, which requires a unique blend of technical depth in autonomous systems, product sensibility, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership with a strong understanding of customer-centric product deployment.What you'll do:Execution: Work with the end user and cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, operations, commercial) to drive the end-to-end process from needs identification to feature implementation, and remove any blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully to meet the end user's expectations.Prioritization: Prioritize features and adjust for changes in Kodiak's commercial and competitive context.Product definition: Define requirements to ensure they meet end user needs.
