LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN - PREMIUM LAWNCARE & MAINTENANCE INC.
Lawn Care Technician – Fertilization & Weed Control Specialist.
This is a more technical role—not just labor.
We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, diagnose problems, and improve properties over time .
Who This Is For:
- You like working independently.
- You’re detail-oriented and observant.
- You want to build a skillset, not just do labor.
This is NOT for someone who:
- Rushes through work without attention to detail.
- Doesn’t want to learn.
- Avoids responsibility.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and treatments.
- Diagnose turf issues and recommend solutions.
- Communicate with customers professionally.
- Follow treatment schedules and plans.

- Healthier, greener lawns over time.
- Accurate and consistent applications.
- Confident communication with customers.
- Minimal mistakes or callbacks.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to learn technical skills.
