Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, to enhance the effectiveness of patient care.

• Provide education and support regarding psychotropic medications, assisting patients in managing their treatment therapies effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with diverse client populations who may be facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time LCSW position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
