Shift ManagerWe are looking for shift managers with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to help lead the team at our drive-thru only store! Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you'll help develop a team of amazing people, serving amazing drinks, amazingly fast. If coffee is new to you, don't worry. We'll teach you everything you need to know!Hours: Flexible schedule with all shifts availableBenefits:$18-20 per hour (per hour includes hourly base pay plus $2-3 per hour in tips)Cash tips to take home dailyCredit card tips are added to your checkFree Specialty Beverage/Meal during shiftDiscounts even when you're not workingFlexible scheduleRoom to grow with many new locations under developmentResponsibilities:Leading shifts – including morning rushes, middays, and closes.Training new BaristasAssist with ordering and administrative duties as needed.Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food.Clean, sanitize and maintain store.Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed.Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues.Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries.Additional duties as assigned.Managing and minimizing business costsRequirements:Passion for peopleAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentCommitment to master brand recipes and techniquesDependabilityEnergetic, fast-paced, flexible work styleAbility to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and administrative skillsAbility to anticipate and respond to customer needsWhile scheduling is flexible and you won't work all weekends or nights, this position does require weekend and some night availability.Must be 18 or olderEstablished in 1998, Scooter's Coffee has distinguished itself as one of the premiere specialty coffee companies in the industry.
