About Our Agency:
Our agency is entering its fifth year in business this January and is supported by a close knit team of three sales professionals, one service team member, and myself. I studied Agribusiness Economics and Management at the University of Arizona before transferring to the University of Utah, where I earned my Bachelors degree in Speech Communications. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nick Hageman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
