Vice President Marketing

We are seeking a strategic, growth-minded Head of Marketing to lead and elevate our marketing function. Currently, our product and community presence are exceptionally strong; your primary mission will be to ensure our brand identity shines just as brightly as the product itself. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee two direct reports, set the overarching marketing roadmap, and take deep ownership of Brand Management. As the company expands, you will have the opportunity to scale the team and marketing infrastructure accordingly. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Management: Define, refine, and elevate the brand identity to drive awareness, affinity, and alignment with our high-quality product offering. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and empower a team of two direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment with room for future hiring as the department grows. Integrated Marketing: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that connect deeply with local communities and broader target audiences. Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with the CEO to align marketing strategies, messaging, and budget allocation with core business objectives. Performance & Growth: Establish KPIs to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong background heavily focused on Brand Management and positioning. Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling a marketing team. Ability to operate at both a high strategic level and a hands-on execution level. Exceptional communication skills with experience collaborating directly with executive leadership. Salary: Up to $200,000 + performance bonus + equity package. Location & Hybrid Schedule: Based in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position follows a hybrid model requiring 1 to 2 days per week in-office, with flexibility depending on commute distance.
